When to Call Z2C — Warning Signs
Some signs mean you need to call a technician urgently, while others allow for a planned intervention without urgency. Here's how to differentiate situations:

- 2A significant water leak is observed (continuous flow, risk of damage)
- 3A burning smell, smoke, or electrical overheating emanates from the unit
- 4Temperature rises rapidly and uncontrollably in the cellar (risk to your wines)
- 5A violent metallic noise or abnormal excessive vibration suddenly occurs
- 6Thick frost covers the evaporator or unit pipes
- 7Any persistent visual or audible alarm accompanied by notable malfunction
Schedule an intervention if:

If you need a copy, simply contact us with your name and the address where the cellar is located (or the installation contract number if available). We'll find your file and can send you the documents by email. This service is offered free to our clients — it's part of our commitment to support you throughout your cellar's life.
