The services we offer (and their differences)
ANNUAL PLAN
Scheduled visits, cleaning, controls, setpoint recalibration and safety verification (pumps, floats, alarms). We track temperature/humidity trends and adjust before deviations become visible.
TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR
Precise diagnostics (compressors, boards, sensors, fans), condensation and drainage problem management, pump and alarm restoration, leak testing. When a part is at fault, we replace it — then verify consistency.
PARTS & REPLACEMENTS
Get privileged access to the equipment families we install (Wine-R WR2500, Kool-R Magnum, WhisperKool SC PRO, Slimline LS, etc.), or professional equivalents when a model is discontinued.
PRIORITY OPTION
For critical breakdowns, access to accelerated time slots (7 days a week) for plan customers. The goal: a quick return to stability.
CLEAR REPORTS
After each visit: findings, actions, adjustments, recommendations. You know what was done, why, and when to return.
