OURSERVICES
System Installation
A wine cellar should be seen, and its climate should be forgotten.
Our installation service exists for one reason: to deliver precision climate control (temperature, humidity, vibrations) with consistency over time.
We adapt to your reality: maximum silence when it's a priority, or non-silent options when other criteria take precedence.

Wide Range of Systems
The systems we install (and when to choose them)

Monoblock System
Ideal for modest volumes and direct installations. Simplicity, reduced technical footprint, quick commissioning. In return, a more noticeable sound signature than a split: preferred when acoustics isn't the top priority or when budget and technical access guide the decision.

Split System
We separate the cooling: the evaporator lives in the cellar space, the condenser draws air elsewhere (utility room, outdoors). Advantages: lower noise level, better thermal rejection management, easier maintenance. Care is taken with line distances, penetrations, power supply, and drainage: everything is calculated and documented.
Gravity System
No audible fan in the room: we rely on convection and careful thermal architecture. Requires rigorous technical design (insulation, glazing, sealing, thermal loads) and a budget to match. Silence is the flagship promise here: used when the sound experience is absolutely paramount.
Ducted System
Treated air travels through ducts: discrete grilles, plenums, balanced airflow. Perfect for glass-walled cellars in living spaces, finished basements, or long runs. Pressure drops, air paths, anti-condensation in ducts: we size and calibrate for consistency.
Commercial grade System
Designed for heavier loads (service cellars, restaurants, hospitality). Robustness, stability under load, easy service access. We've been installing these system families for several years, with particular attention to acoustics, exhaust ventilation, and maintenance protocols.
Our Position
Silent when it's a priority: not silent when the priority lies elsewhere (capacity, access, budget, timelines).
We don't impose dogma, we size the right response for your context.

Master Refrigeration Technician
Objective
A precise, documented, and stable installation, designed for the space, usage, and acoustic priorities.
Result
A cellar that catches the eye, while the controlled climate does its work — in silence… or not, according to your choice.
INSTALLATION
What Z2C Installation Includes
Site Assessment
Usable volume, glazing and heat gains, insulation and sealing, ventilation paths, condensate drain routing and gravity or pump evacuation options. We identify real constraints (access, penetrations, clearances, weather conditions for outdoor condensers).
Precise Sizing
Calculation of actual thermal load, selection of the appropriate system (monoblock, split, ducted), sizing of ducts and grilles, choice of insulating materials. Every project is unique and deserves a tailored solution.
Technical Integration
Evaporator and/or diffuser placement, airflow rules, condensation management (slopes, insulation, safety trays), electrical supply and protections, maintenance access (panels, filters, trays, traps), support material selection (anchors, vibration dampeners).
Commissioning & Calibration
Load testing, setpoint calibration, safety verification (pressure switches, floats, alarms), sound signature verified against objectives, usage instructions. Installation isn't "complete" until stability is achieved.
Completion Documentation
Diagrams and pathways (air/electrical/drain), settings, installation photos, recommended maintenance schedule, support contacts. Complete documentation is your best assurance of consistency over time.
Clientele
Who We Install For
Residential
Glass-enclosed cellars in living areas, dedicated rooms, finished basements. Silent when the living room demands it; audible when usage and layout allow. Always: controlled climate and clean finishes.
Commercial
Restaurants, wine bars, hospitality: stability under load, carefully planned exhaust ventilation, service access designed from the start. We know how to work within opening deadlines and site constraints.
Partners
Designers, architects, contractors: technical plan review before construction, clear prerequisites (electrical, ventilation, drainage), job site coordination, calibration and handoff of readable documentation.
